Kohler
Wisconsin

Saturday, August 21st the club headed back to Kohler and the American Club (after a several year absence by the club) for lunch at the Horse & Plow brew pub.  33 members and guests came from all directions to enjoy the day, a drive in their Mercedes, and lunch.

Regardless of the starting point, the morning weather was bright and traffic was light, according to comments.  The ride home may have included some raindrops, but after a wonderful lunch and stimulating conversations any rain was a minor inconvenience.

The Horse & Plow is generally recognized for it’s atmosphere and good food. We were hosted in the pit, seated around four large tables.  Again, members said the food and service were excellent.

It was so nice to see existing members and meet several new members, as well.  Thanks go to Lynn Pearson for suggesting this D2D location and Nancy for her organization and overall coordination; including providing name tags for those that don’t have (or didn’t bring) their MBCA name tags.  And credit to Bernd Kampe for the photos.
